Proportion and Scale Gone Wrong

This patio is a great example of what NOT to do when designing a living space. Proportion and scale is key in order for a room to be balanced. This patio contains objects that are much too big and much too small. The candlesticks, rug, candle, vase, and plant are all objects that are too big; whereas, the sofas, chandelier, table, and grill are all examples of things that are too small. This patio room represents the importance of having proper scale and proportion, or it could turn out like this!
